Color Heist

Color Heist is a non-violent stealth puzzle where every match changes the security floor above the board. Swap gems to create a tactical opening, then move your thief one tile before guards, cameras, and lasers advance.

Use Blue matches to jam cameras, four Yellow gems to override a lock, five Red gems to place a noise decoy, Green to hide your movement, and Purple to reveal patrol timing. Cross-shaped matches can trigger a short master camera pulse.

Play through 36 deterministic local heists across galleries, archives, vaults, glass exhibits, exchanges, and a midnight museum. Objectives include retrieving artifacts, copying blueprints, reaching safes, opening locked cases, and escaping unseen. Optional goals reward clean alarms, efficient routes, intact cameras, and collected intel.

Security follows readable rules. Guards move on visible routes, cameras rotate after movement, and lasers run on fixed schedules. If you are spotted, the latest turn rewinds so you can try a different match and route. There is no combat.

Color Heist works fully offline with local progress, best-turn records, heist statistics, sound and music controls, haptics, reduced motion, and no required account. The app contains no ads, purchases, analytics, or tracking.
